To Join the IMCA ...
Please familiarze yourself with the principles of the organization and understand what will be expected of you as a Member. In particular, please review our Code of Ethics , ByLaws, and Complaints Process before continuing.
A few basic rules:
Memberships are assigned to individuals (NOT businesses)
Membership numbers are not transferable
Membership dues are currently $20 per year
The application process is done in several steps:
1) You will need recommendations from two IMCA members in good standing. Have them send email to recommend@imca.co on your behalf.
2) Fill out the Application Form
The Application Form is a typical online form. Fill it out and click its "Save" button. This will automatically notify the appropriate Board Member and the review process will start. It usually takes about 4 weeks. You can return to your Application Form as often as you like to make updates.
3) After we receive the recommendations we will review your Application Form.
4) After review and voting by the IMCA Board we will notify you of our decision. The final step, if accepted, is to pay dues for your first year. The acceptance email will provide details.
We may email you to request further information and/or to supply additional information.
Please remember: we will not review your Application until we receive the recommendation emails.
